AutoFlow Milking Parlor

• Automated cow flow - cows enter and exit automatically to maximize parlor throughput and reduce stress. Photo cells open and close gates to reduce labor. Stalls can be operated in a manual entrance or exit mode if cows require special attention.
  
  

• Individual cow movement  - cow flow is determined by individual milkout time rather than by group milkout time so slow milking cows don't slow down the overall milking.
  
  

• Smooth cow flow - infrared sensors located at the parlor entrance and in each milking stall are activated by cow movement to automatically open and close the gates, reducing operator involvement in moving cows through parlor.
  
  

• Adjustable time delays - can be easily customized to accommodate individual milking preferences.
  
  

• Back to front filling - stalls fill from back to front so the operator can immediately begin prepping as cows enter the stalls.
  

• Low maintenance - self-lubricating UHMW bearings are heavy duty and low maintenance.
  
  

• Variety of sizes - choose from double-3 to double-6 configurations; single-sided, double-sided and direct-side exit lanes.
  
  

• Options:
  - Momentary, vacuum and pressure switch assemblies.
  - Rapid entry or rapid exits available.
