Compass Plus

Compass Plus cleaning technology is unique in ensuring that hot water is used efficiently. This is achieved through control of air into the wash system, and the accurate formation of water slugs for the cleaning of large bore milk lines. The result is a shorter recirculated wash using less hot water and hence lower operating costs because less power is consumed.

The Control Concept consists of:

• Compass Plus Control
• Compass Plus Dispensing Control (dispensing chemical at 600 or 1200 ml/minute)

• Compass Plus Storage Control (Polyethylene wash trough for the efficient conservation of heat)

• Accurate settings, such as the speed of the slugs of water in the line, ensure effective and efficient cleaning.
• Three distinct elements (Control, Dispensing and Storage) of the Compass Plus separates water, chemicals and electronic functions to ensure a long service life and a high level of technical reliability.
• Duration of main wash reduced by up to 50% compared with conventional circulation cleaning systems.
• Less air flow required for washing compared with conventional wash systems - so a smaller vacuum pump may be appropriate.
