Futuro pumps thick liquid slurry from the cubicle shed to the long-term slurry store

The especially robust design of the pump housing on the Futuro piston pump offers outstanding reliability with ultimate efficiency. The sharp edges and urethane seals mean that the valves close to form a firm seal. The low pressure mechanical reversing system guarantees a smooth operation, without exposing the components to extreme hydraulic pressure.

Siphoning cycle: Vacuum opens the intake flap and slurry is siphoned into the pumping tube.

Evacuation cycle:  High pressure causes the intake flap to close and the spring-loaded discharge flap to open. The slurry is expelled through the discharge pipe.

Siphoning Cycle During the siphoning cycle, the vacuum opens the intake flap to siphon the slurry into the pumping tube.

Evacuation Cycle During the evacuation cycle, the pressure closes the intake flar, opens the spring loaded discharge flap and forces the slurry into the evacuation line. At the end of the evacuation cycle, the spring closes the discharge flap.
