The Mix Feeder is the fully automated feeder that mixes and distributes in the free stall barn 24/7.
 
The Mix Feeder moves around the barn in a relaxed, precise and quiet manner so as to not disturb the cows.

Mixtures suitable for all herds

Whether it’s for top-performing cows, heifers or dry cows, the Mix Feeder will make the optimal TMR ration. Depending on the computer control command the Mix Feeder travels to the silage bunkers and weighs in feed ingredients according to the feed-plan for each cow group. After mixing the Mix Feeder distributes the pre-programmed feed to the right cow group.

The quietness of the weighing, mixing and distribution ensures a relaxed atmosphere in the cow barn, avoiding any distress to the cows.

The feeder can be deployed as frequent as the farmer wants, saving time and ensuring an even distribution of the feed therefore avoiding over-feeding the cows.

A thoroughly clean yield

The rail-mounted Mix Feeder is freely suspended directly above the feed alley.  This means there is no dirt from tractor tyres which may contaminate the feed.
