Bucket Milking

Especially for smaller herds an economic and animal-friendly milk production is important. For this purpose, GEA Farm Technologies has developed a complete range that consists of coordinated products, right down to the smallest detail. These can be composed, extended and supplemented as needed.

Basic Milking Bucket:

The milking buckets from GEA Farm Technologies are made out of stainless steel. They are easy to clean and resistant to aggressive substances. The shape gives optimum balance and is designed for the easiest and most comfortable transportation. Buckets are available in 20, 27 and 33 liter capacity.

The bucket lids have a curved inlet nozzle which conducts the milk very gently down to the bucket inside wall. That is why the milk retains its full fat quality. Due to an integrated safety valve the milk cannot overflow. By this means damage at the pulsator can be reliably prevented. 

MobiMelk

The smooth-running gear of the mobile installation is very flexible and assures a safe stand due to the braked carrying wheel. For the drive of the powerful vacuum pump an electric or gasoline engine can be optionally installed. The vacuum supply with safety separator and milking bucket (according to DIN ISO) ensures high reliability and longevity.

The Carry 10T positioning arm: The light-weight milking equipment

Carry 10T light-weight milking equipment with tried and proven pulsator technology. Vacuum driven pulsation and milk flow control are optionally available on request.
