Challenger 45
The robust system with a modular expansion concept
The
Challenger 45 herringbone milking parlor is the ideal solution for
the modern family farm dairy or larger farm. The wide 1150 mm
milking places give the operator a clear view of the cow and
provide the best ergonomics for working with the milking
equipment.
Wider walkway, RapitExit from the front and the free-standing
structure maximize throughput and efficient working. This improves
the ratio of milk/kg per operator/h.
Your benefits at a glance:
Wide milking places for easy access, a good view
and ergonomic milking routine Rapid front exit reduces working time, increases
throughput and productivity Stress-free positioning and shorter milking times
because of front gate with indexing function Cows stand comfortably and quietly thanks to the
natural contour of the rump rails Save time with automated gate control Convenient parlor equipment design with perfectly
matched components Free-standing, modular construction with
extremely durable materials Integrating electronic milk management in
protective MultiLine design (optional)
If they are comfortable they will be happy to come back!
With
continuous indexing, the flexible, adjustable front gate can bring
breed into the best position for milking. Galvanized rump rails
with sloping dung shields (following the natural contour of the
animals) help the animals to relax and protect personnel and
technology. This leads to stress-free, effective milking coupled
with efficient milking performance.
Modular expansion concept for all cases
The
larger the herd, the more important is the expansion concept. The
modules of the Challanger 45 seamlessly adapt the size of the herd.
The milking parlor frame has modules with 4 or 5 places available
in sizes from 2x8 to 2x24. Challenger 45 also proves its
versatility in expansion projects: 4x modules adjust the parlor to
the growing herd size. Due to the low frame height of only 2500 mm
the milking parlors can also be fitted into older buildings and
therefore reduce the cost of modernization.
