We have developed the
AutoRotor Magnum 40 according the requirements and experience of
our AutoRotor customers all over the world to enable the user to
produce milk easily and effectively to the highest quality.
Countless dairy cows, operators and herd managers all over the
world value the comfort offered by this internally operated rotary
milking parlor. Why? The optimum positioning of the animals and the
simple operation of the AutoRotor Magnum 40 are unique. There are
different types with up to 40 milking places available. The
AutoRotor Magnum 40-F has an additional feeding and is deliverable
in the standard sizes from 16 to 48 milking
places.
Easy work for the operator
Thanks to the short distances and with the cows standing at 40
degrees the operator has excellent access to each cow and is able
to milk over 100 cows in an hour. Other benefits include
problem-free monitoring of the animals, easy maintenance and
cleaning of the installation as well as easy access for the
operator.
Maximum comfort for animals
On the AutoRotor Magnum 40, an animal-friendly milking stall
awaits the cows. Newly designed rounded stall dividers make it
easier for it to access the stall, and the lack of moving
components offers high levels of cow comfort and prevents
injury.
Design and Technology
The herringbone rotary parlor from GEA Farm Technologies is one of
the most effective systems: The standard for the frame-tube
thickness is for all herringbone parlors 2 inches. The milking
technology is protected by a strong stainless steel cabinet.
The milking equipment on the AutoRotor Magnum 40 offers a high
level of technology that is kind to the udder. The programmed teat
stimulation and automatic cluster removal enables maximum milk
yields to be achieved, whilst providing a constant but stress-free
workload for the operator. So, you will easier achieve the goal to
milk more cows in less time.
Metatron 21 and DairyPlan: the new DairyManagementSystem 21
supports the operator and manager in their day-to-day work. The
Metatron milk meter controls and monitors the milking process.
Animal treatments can be entered directly within seconds and
individual animals can be watched and assessed using
DairyPlan.
